Gig number 2 | Saturday 11th July

The 2nd gig was as good as the first. The atmosphere in and around Heaton Park was once again sensational. See below for a small compilation of the night and some social media reaction.

Byron posted on Twitter/X: "Well Oasis at Heaton park yesterday was the best live music event I’ve ever been to in my life, and it isn’t even close."

Mattftfc posted on the same platform: "Genuinely think everyone has to experience Oasis live at some point in their lives. Oasis at Heaton park was honestly beyond words."

c_davies__ posted the day after the gig: "Everything about yesterday was perfect!"

Lewis W told us: "As fans stand side by side with older millennials and Gen X-ers, the sentiment and feeling remain the same, this is a very important moment in time."

Gig number 1 | Friday 10th July

Many fans in attendance had tears in their eyes. It quickly became crystal clear that it didn't really matter what your Oasis history was Manchester witnessed history.

One fan told us: "What a moment seeing them together again. One of the best moments of my life. Incredible.

Alex Allen posted on X/Twitter: A part of me will always be in that field in Heaton Park. Historic." 

Niel Hartley posted on the same platform: "The greatest gig of all time. I stood on that hill at Heaton Park 16 years ago this week when the sound cut out, and I still loved that gig. But tonight, after all these years, I'm now 41 and my best pal, who I went with, is 54. Time flies."
