The Welsh international Cooper, 25, has made 117 appearances in all competitions for the Swans since his debut in 2021.
He has featured once for Swansea this season, coming on in their Carabao Cup win at home to Crawley Town in August.
Savin has played 27 times for Shrewsbury in all competitions since joining the club last June, including twice in League Two this season. The 24-year-old spent time on loan at Barnet and Halifax Town in the National League during the second half of last season.
Raphael Rodrigues, the Netherlands-born Australia Under-23 international, began his career at Melbourne City where he won the A-League before moving to rivals Macarthur FC in 2023.
The 21-year-old signed a four-year contract with Coventry in May 2024 and has already made his first starts in the EFL Cup. He also registered an assist in a home victory over Queens Park Rangers, one of two Championship appearances he has made so far this season.

Watch and listen to this interview with Raphael Rodrigues, one of Wigan's new signings.
He wasn't the only new addition that did an interview when signing. Savin is a Wigan Athletic fan and played with the club’s academy as a youngster. In an interview with the club’s website, he said: “I am absolutely buzzing.
"I was here 12 years ago in the Academy, and it feels really good to be back. It’s a Premier League club in my eyes - I was a ball boy when we were in the Premier League, and watched us win the FA Cup at Wembley. It was always a big Club and it still is - so I am buzzing to be back.”
Desmond, a Wigan fan, told us: “We definitely needed some additions to the squad as these all look decent options.”
