Stockport County will aim to extend their winning run to seven matches in all competitions when they host Luton Town at Edgeley Park on Saturday.
The League One leaders have lost just twice all season, maintaining a strong push for promotion. Luton, meanwhile, find themselves in 10th place after an underwhelming campaign to date.
Key stats and things to think about
Stockport head into the fixture on the back of three straight league wins, each secured with a clean sheet. The Hatters have not managed four consecutive shutouts in the EFL since March 2007, when they embarked on a nine-match streak.

Their record against Luton, however, is less encouraging. Stockport are winless in their last 11 Football League meetings with the Bedfordshire side, drawing five and losing six, with their last victory coming back in November 1968.
Luton have enjoyed their recent trips to Edgeley Park, remaining unbeaten in their last five away league games there, winning three and drawing two, with both sides scoring in each of those encounters.
They have struggled against clubs from Greater Manchester of late, losing four of their last five such fixtures, matching the number of defeats they suffered in the previous 20 meetings with teams from the area.
A closer look at the opposition
For Luton, the trip to Stockport represents the sternest test yet for new manager Jack Wilshere. The Bedfordshire side will be hoping to build on their recent 1-0 victory over Northampton Town, secured by Lamine Fanne’s first goal of the season. Wilshere has a squad that blends youth and experience, but with one of the lowest goal tallies in the division, a sharper attacking display will be needed if they are to take anything from the weekend. Last weekend, they narrowly avoided an upset against National League side Forest Green.
