Owen Moxon had given the hosts a first-half lead, but the visitors turned the game on its head after the break through substitute Will Swan and Sarcevic.
County started brightly, with Jack Diamond a constant menace. He went close twice before Moxon rifled into the bottom corner after 16 minutes. Bradford goalkeeper Sam Walker was kept busy, making important saves from Diamond as the hosts pressed for more.
The game swung after half-time when Swan, introduced from the bench, drew City level with his first involvement. From then on it was Bradford who looked the greater threat, Addai denying both Max Power and Sarcevic.
The decisive moment came with 18 minutes left, Sarcevic lashing in from a tight angle to complete the turnaround.

Walker was called on again in the closing stages, keeping out Jayden Fevrier twice before pushing Benony Andresson’s header on to the post in stoppage time. Stockport had their chances but it was Bradford who walked away with the points.
Reaction from those that were there
Mark, a Stockport fan, said: "Same story as Saturday: took the lead, had chances, but couldn’t finish them. Sam Walker was excellent. In the second half Bradford came out as a totally different team. Let good teams play and they will punish you, and that is exactly what they did.
Darren, a Bradford fan, was complimentary about Stockport, saying: "Well, after watching the first half I can’t quite believe we actually won that game. Stockport were head and shoulders above us with five shots to none and four corners. Then we made two half-time substitutions and looked like a different side in the second half."
